Description:
This person will be the lead technical
service specialist for HearthStone’s pellet stoves along with technical service
for wood and gas units. During the
summer months this person will travel and conduct technical dealer trainings.
Duties:
- Trouble shoots stoves issues over the phone and email.
- Enter sales orders, RMA’s, and Credits into SAP.
- Create technical presentations.
- Conduct technical training throughout the United States and Canada.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience in the hearth industry and or related field.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel 25% of the time (normally during the summer months).
- Must be able to travel to Canada.
- Able to work at a desk for prolonged periods in busy season.
Preferred Requirements:
- Undergraduate or technical Degree
- Pellet product installation or design experience.
- Experience in entering order in SAP or similar ERP Systems.
- Experience in technical presentations.
