If your Login fails, ensure you are using the correct account number (5 digits) as the login ID. Dealerships with multiple stores may, or may not use a primary account number for all locations.

If you do not have a login, or are trying to use a login (account number) containing letters, you are using an old account number, or a B2B account number, neither of which will work here. Contact the Hearthstone Sales Department, or your Hearthstone Rep for assistance.

To report changes to, or errors in your existing listing, contact Werner Bartlau, the Website Manager at misREMOVETHISBEFORESENDING@hearthstonestoves.com, or call 802-851-4270. Please be prepared to provide your Hearthstone Dealer account number.
