If your Login fails, ensure you are using the correct account number (5 digits) as the login ID. Dealerships with multiple stores may, or may not use a primary account number for all locations.

If you are trying to use an account number containing letters, you are using an old account number which will not work. Contact the Hearthstone Sales Department, or your Hearthstone Rep for assistance.
