The Morgan fireplace wood-fired insert produces a combination of both power and beauty. The 1.7 cubic foot firebox produces 40,000 BTUs of heat and can heat up to 1,200 square feet. The thick soapstone panels that line the inside of the firebox gives the Morgan the thermal mass that separate HearthStone stoves from other products. The combination of cast iron and soapstone will add several hours of heat life to the already strong burn time of up to 8 hours.
1.7 cubic foot firebox
Holds up to 36 lbs. of wood. The Morgan's firebox and large front door allows logs up to 18" in length to load easily.
Single air-intake lever/stove control
Insert operation is easy; performance more consistent.
Unmatched fire viewing
Air entering the firebox through the insert's secondary air tubes ignites the gases rising off the burning wood. The resulting light and flames provide dazzling fire viewing, even when the fire is burning at a low rate.
Non-catalytic combustion system
Clean burning, more complete combustion provides more heat from less wood, greater efficiency; reduced smoke and creosote build-up.
Mantle Heat Shield (optional)
Allows more placement options; Insert can be installed in fireplaces with low or overhanging mantles because clearance requirements are reduced.
Factory installed variable speed, temperature controlled blower assembly is standard. Helps spread heat evenly throughout home; fan operates only when insert is at significant heat level. The included rheostat controls fan speed.
Ensures longer HeatLife (TM)
Reversible front loading door
Front door easily converts to open from either the left, or right side to meet your specific installation needs.
Removable Baffle & Secondary Air Plenum
Install the flue connection to the flue liner in the firebox in small fireplaces. Allows flue cleaning without moving the insert.
Front/aft 2 position flue collar & depth adjusting surrounds
Installation flexibility unit will fit more fireplaces.
Adjustable after installation in fireplace.
Allows for open-door fire viewing and listening.
Surround caps (optional)
Adds beauty to the installation, or use as a filler for raised firebox installations.
Surround extension (optional)
