Hearthstone has nearly 500 authorized dealers throughout North America. We believe that to make a purchase and safe installation of a hearth product; you will need the assistance of a Hearth Professional. Your local Authorized dealer will add value by helping you determine the best fuel type, size and installation type. Once selected, your Authorized dealer will arrange for or install your Hearthstone safely and neatly according to all applicable National and Local Codes. If you have any follow up needs with your stove or insert, your Authorized dealer will be there for you, you know who they are and you already have a relationship with them. The dealer you choose to make your purchase from is the one that knows the installation and is the only one obligated to provide you with advice, warranty support and service.
Many of us are now making purchases on-line through on-line retailers. If you choose to do this, remember that we support our Authorized dealers with technical information, warranty and support, and they in turn, provide the support to the end user. They will need to provide you with any support you may require. Hearthstone is able to help you with advice, technical questions and follow up service only through your Authorized Dealer.
