Our ZC fireplace is designed to be built near combustible materials. It takes up less space and is easier and less expensive to install when compared to traditional masonry fireplaces.

Our ZC wood fireplace exceeds 2020 EPA standards. It burns cleanly and efficiently to keep the heat in your home rather than wasting it up the chimney.

Cast iron design

The cast iron front of the WFP75 is designed with a hand chiseled stone texture that offers a uniquely beautiful finish to your fireplace.

EPA Certified

Low emission standard for solid fuel heaters.

Current EPA regulations require wood burning heaters to emit less than 2 grams/hour of soot. This rule, new in 2020, has given HearthStone the opportunity to take a leadership position and develop some of the cleanest, most efficient wood burning products in existence today.

Cast Iron

Using selected raw and recycled material, our iron parts are produced in our foundry in Spain. Our modern casting facility guarantees durable, reliable, high-quality cast iron parts.

Ceramics

The interior panels of our ZC fireplaces are made from a durable refractory ceramic and finished with an attractive stacked ledgestone texture.

Precision Steel

High-quality steel components are formed using the most modern processes available to achieve the highest level of fit and finish.

Accessories

Hot Air Distribution Kit

Two hot air vents are piped from the fireplace and use the built-in fireplace blower to move hot air into the room. The vents can be placed independently in other rooms if desired.

Hot Air Distribution Kit, Modern

One linear vent is piped from the fireplace and uses the built-in fireplace blower to move hot air into the room. The vent must be installed directly above the fireplace.

Forced Hot Air Kit

94-57110

The forced hot air kit uses a blower to move hot air from the fireplace to other areas of the house. It can be connected to either side of the fireplace. Insulated pipe with a maximum run of 50 feet is recommended.

Mantel Shield

94-79700

The mantel shield attaches to bottom of a combustible mantel to reduce clearances per NFPA 211 standards. Attach to the mantel with screws and ceramic spacers. 48 inches wide. It can be cut to fit specific installations.
